*Virtual Sessions Only* Nancy provides a unique opportunity for couples to take a proactive approach to parenting by joining her for sessions when they become new parents, or when various milestones arrive when parenting may become a little bumpier than you are used to. Many couples do not think about co-parenting therapy unless the relationship is already on the verge of separation, but it is certainly available and encouraged before this time!
If you are in the midst of a separation or divorce, or if this has occurred within the last year, you may benefit from you and your partner seeking individual sessions with Nancy in order to navigate these new waters with your children and each other.
Other reasons you may seek counselling for co-parenting include: blended families, custody & access issues, communication breakdown, parent-child conflicts, post-partum depression, emotional/verbal abuse, and various mental health concerns that are conflicting with one or both of the parents in the home.
Nancy utilizes this book, which can be purchased if you choose to allow you to work along side Nancy during the sessions, but it is not necessary.
