Whether you identify as a member of the 2S-LGBTQ+ Community; the Queer Community; the Rainbow Community, or any other Community, we are here to support you.  Whether you are struggling with mental health issues, your identity, or just need someone to talk to, we believe help should be accessible to everyone. Members of the 2S-LGBTQ+ Community suffer from mental health issues at a disproportionately high rate, and providing in-person and virtual therapy options means that we can serve all members regardless of their comfort level.  We are PROUD to be considered a "SAFER SPACE" for members of Grey, Bruce and Simcoe Counties who are seeking services that are all-inclusive and safe.  Our therapists have gone through education and training on how to best serve members of our 2S-LGBQT+ Community, and we have also implemented inclusive language into our intake forms and make sure to discuss any personal needs in the first session to ensure your comfort.
