Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or missed sessions leave an empty space in your therapist's day that could have been filled by another client who could have attended a session. As such, 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. The first time you provide 24-48 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% your provided rate. *For any subsequent cancellations under 48 hours; 100% of your session rate will be charged.

Your first and all "no-shows" will be charged at your full rate. "No Shows" count as an attempt to cancel or reschedule within the same calendar day of your scheduled session.

*Virtual or phone sessions will be offered as an alternative option for those who cannot come in person due to unforeseen issues that occur less than 48 hours before their session. If a virtual or phone session is declined or is not an option for the client, a fee will be charged for the missed session.
